Description:
You will be supporting as a member of a small team, working with a combined set of data from different elements throughout the agency, and building agentic tools to assist in gathering and curating information packages. You will work directly with the customer, learning their workflows, and seeing the results of your work firsthand. Your day to day will consist of direct customer interaction with leadership, analysts, and other developers, implementation of solutions to support mission needs, and participation in a team of teams working towards similar solutions for separate customers.
- Expand on existing workflow automation efforts.
- Learn and improve upon customer tradecraft.
- Develop and maintain web apps to provide analytic and workflow support.
- Emphasize customer communication and gather feedback on project status and results.
Position Required Skills:
- Prior experience with full stack development with an emphasis on AI workflows.
- Experience soliciting and applying feedback.
- Experience programming in JavaScript and python.
- Experience working with corporate services in the high side environment.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with AI assisted development.
- Development experience in a Linux environment.
- Prior experience in TAO.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Experience with pipeline data processing.
SWE1 Qualifications:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Salary Range: $169k-$207k (Annually)
The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
