Senior Full Stack Developer position.
Work location: Fort Meade, MD / OPS1.
TTO 12; labor category SWE2.
Position Required Skills:
- Experience with developing software using Python, Java or Javascript
- Experience in creating data visualizations that are easy to understand, including options such as cascading, time-shifting, dynamic, and drill down
- Experience in data modeling, including normalization of data and working with metrics
- Experience in exploring unique and out-of-the-box visualization techniques and how they can be applied to networks
- Experience with creating static presentations and static web pages
- Experience with developing and maintaining web-based server applications and implementing algorithms that interface with relational databases (DBs) such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience with leading small cross functional teams
- Knowledge of agile team development
Position Desired Skills:
- Experience with mono-repo architecture and tooling
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and team-oriented environment and balance long- and short-term taskings
SWE2 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 14+ years of experience with software engineering in a Linux environment, or 18+ years of experience with software engineering in a Linux environment in lieu of a degree.
Salary Range: $241k-$295k (Annually)
The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
