Description:

The Work: Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. The System Automation Software Engineer will be responsible for: 

• Establishing a test framework and automated tests utilizing Playwright, Cucumber, and Cypress
• Being knowledgeable in microservices design and architecture, CI/CD, test frameworks and automation, and Agile methodology
• Executing load and performance testing, chaos testing, functional testing, and end-to-end testing
• Agile development and delivery of software
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders

Position Desired Skills (1 of the below):

• Playwright, Cucumber/Gherkin, JMeter, Swagger (or similar API tool), Selenium, Cypress, 508 testing tools (JAWS or NVDA)
• S/W: java, JavaScript, python, ansible
• Other: AWS, Kubernetes, docker, CI/CD

AD1 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

3 years or more of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.

An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph with a CI poly within the last 7 years.

Salary Range: **$168k-$205k (Annually)

**The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
