Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Full-Stack Engineer to design and implement innovative training scenarios that will help develop the next generation of operators. The ideal candidate will work closely with domain experts to design and implement engaging exercise scenarios and will take the lead in creating and enhancing advanced scenario grading solutions that directly support our customer’s critical training mission.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop novel software applications within the operator training environment using relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
  • Automate existing manual deployment steps to improve training scenario throughput and implement automation workflows.
  • Document network designs, configurations, and procedures.
  • Solicit requirements and feedback from mission customers, users, and other teams (e.g., IT, software development) to ensure seamless training and scenario deployment.
  • Build configuration and procedure documentation.
Skills Requirements:
  • Experience in full-stack architecture design and development.
  • Experience with development frameworks.
  • Background in user interface design, development, and integration with backend API.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and system architecture planning.
  • Understand network architecture and topologies.
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with both Windows and Unix exploitation security.
  • Experience with network architecture and design.
  • Strong understanding of VSphere and virtual machines.
  • Experience with the CNO operational environment.
  • Development experience with front end technologies (e.g., Java, MongoDB, Python).
YOE Requirement: 12 yrs, B.S. or 4 additional yrs in place of B.S.
Location: R&E

$240k-$280k (Annually)*
