Program Integrator-2 (Workflow, Jira, SharePoint)

Description:
The Program Integrator shall assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.


Required Skills:
The position is looking for someone who is self-motivated, and while they will receive direction, they need to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.  

Posses strong SharePoint skills to effectively manage, organize, and collaborate on team’s digital resources.

Have proficient Microsoft Suite abilities to streamline data analysis and generate accurate reports.

Have strong confluence skills to effectively organize documentation, facilitate collaboration, and maintain project knowledge.

Someone that is highly interested in being our IT admin backbone helping set up

  • SharePoint sites 
  • Automated workflows
  • Jira knowledge is a plus

Required Qualifications: 
Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.


In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.

In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.

Salary Range:
$150k-$190k (Annually)*
* *The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
