Description:
The program is looking for an SE3 who will be leading the overall schedule and development of the FORNSAT Dashboard. A motivated candidate will dissect high-level requirements to user stories and manage incremental development rhythms through testing and development.

Required Skills:
A successful candidate will have experience as a SCRUM leader and a history of successful software delivery to operational customers. FORNSAT experience a bonus.

LCAT Qualifications:

• Twenty (20) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
